the onsen area was chaotic, with a screaming infant making it completely unusable. I woudl ve been pleased if someone could’ve supervised it. also, after enduring all this, I expected an upgrade or free gift as compensation, but absolutely nothing. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t with such issues.

Had a great time at Daiwa Roynet! The room was super clean and spacious, way above average for Japan. Just a short walk to the train station and the main sights. The only downside was a bit of a rude reception experience, but it didn't ruin the stay.

The location was perfect for our adventures, so close to Nara deer park! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. We even enjoyed the freshly made dishes for breakfast (those eggs were fluffy! ).
No negatives to report.

Couples seeking comfort
The onsen experience takes away all your stress and fatigue it was like the world melted away. Also the hotel has its own restaurant just a minute's walk from the station which made things easy when tired after a long day.
It wasn't inexpensive but for what we got was worth every penny.

Clean and Comfortable with Easy Access
I had a nice stay with a clean and modern room, and it was convenient being just a short walk from the JR station, making it easy to explore Nara. The onsen facilities were great, nicely organized, and kept very clean. I appreciated the ability to check their occupancy on my TV. However, I wish the onsen was complimentary, as I've experienced in other hotels in Japan.
